• Billing: Invoices will be issued according to the billing cycle specified in your service agreement. Failure to pay invoices on time may result in suspension or termination of your services.

Ofnix strives to provide a reliable and high-quality service. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.

7. Termination and Suspension

• Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our customer support team.
• Termination by Ofnix: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in any activity that may harm our services or reputation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ofnix is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services in the preceding 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Ofnix harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Changes to Terms
