At Ofnix, we strive to provide the best web hosting services to our customers. However, if you are not completely satisfied with our services, we offer the following refund policy:

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our web hosting plans. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your purchase, you can request a full refund. This guarantee applies to new customers and first-time purchases of web hosting, WordPress hosting only.

2. Pro-Rated Refunds

If we fail to service you or fail to resolve your issue and you decide to cancel your hosting service after the initial 30 days, we offer pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of your billing cycle. This ensures that you only pay for the services you have used.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Domain name registrations and renewals
  • SSL certificates
  • Setup fees (if any)
  • Any third-party services purchased through Ofnix

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team by creating a ticket online or write at helpdeskt@ofnix.com with your account details and reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after approval. The refund will be processed over the same account/method that you used to pay your invoice originally.

5. Exceptions

  • Refunds are not available for accounts that violate our Terms of Service.
  • Promotional offers and discounts are non-refundable.
